No Better Time to Build Then Today!!

Lumber has been dropping for the last 6 weeks and is still going down through the 4th quarter of this year. OSB is going down too I’m told it will get prices back to what we had March of 2021 that is still way above what it was in 2019 Interest rates are low and that can help to off the set costs ( the building lumber is a small % of the total price of a home) We have to build different to keep the costs down I have been doing advanced framing (started in 2007) and design to use less material. The best of both worlds with low interest rates and less materials.

I just finished my lake house and it will be in the October parade of homes. We did all of the above and it is way below the ave costs to build a standard way If you would like to see that house mid August ( landscaping should be done) just let me know thanks John BerHoff Homes LLC
