• We are well underway in construction on our first LEED-H certified home in Appleton. This Zero-Net energy home will feature reclaimed products such as hardwood flooring and slate roofing tiles, FSC certified woods, a solarium for food production, a cistern for irrigation, solar electric/hot water and much more. • We are starting construction on this LEED-H certified home in Northeast Wisconsin. This home has a very modern design that is much appreciated but all to vacant in Wisconsin architecture. More details will be coming soon.

• We've finished a Zero-Net energy home in Waupaca. The home produces enough energy to eliminate all utility bills (including the inground pool)! It also scored 188 points in the Wisconsin Green Built program.

• Our February 2008 (The Harmony Home averaging $46.10/month total utilities) parade home is for sale through Century 21. Our April utility bill was only -$0.56! See more pictures of the home in the Parade Timeline.
